1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

a) Product Not Received

If you placed an order but did not receive the product, you are eligible for a refund.
In such cases, please contact us with your order details so we can verify and process the refund.

b) Damaged Product Received

If the product delivered to you is damaged, you are eligible for a refund.
To claim a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos/video of the damaged product.
  • Once verified, we will process your refund.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

a) Wrong Size Ordered by Customer

If the customer selects the wrong size, it is considered a customer mistake.
Refund will not be provided for such orders.

b) Wrong Color Ordered by Customer

If the customer selects the wrong color, it is also considered a customer mistake.
Refund will not be provided for such orders.

c) Change of Mind / Personal Reasons

Refunds are not applicable if the customer:

  • No longer wants the product,
  • Feels the product does not suit them,
  • Changes their mind after placing the order.

3. Return Process for Eligible Refund Cases

If you qualify for a refund (non-delivery or damaged product):

  • Provide order ID, description of issue, and photos/video (if damaged).
  • Our team will verify the claim and process your refund within 7–10 working days.

4. Final Decision

MensFashionClub reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the evidence provided.
Our decision will be final and transparent.
